Click here to find the "create account" form. Fill in your name, contact information, e-mail and password, and you're set! When you sign up, you'll be logged in automatically and can start creating your entries right away. 

When you first log into your account , you'll see a "Start a new entry" form. Simply choose the category "Induction to the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame", title your entry with the name of the nominee, and click the "Start" button. In the form that appears, you can enter all the information and documents required for the nomination. 

By clicking into the "Dashboard" in your account, you can see all of the submissions you have entered. You can edit the submissions by clicking into them. Please note your updates will not be saved automatically when you are making edits/additions to your submissions. Please hit save at the bottom left corner as you go to save your progress.

Once you're finished, hit 'Send to judges' to submit your entry. Only submitted entries will be reviewed by the judges. Judging will commence following the deadline for submissions.
